Biography

Ram is a composer in Telugu and Tamil Industry. He has composed for a Telugu film named “Life Anubhavinchu Raja” that had four songs in it. The movie was well received for music. Singers Karthik, Shweta Mohan, Haricharan, Blaaze and LV Revanth crowned the songs in it.

Ram is well versed in classical music, having learnt carnatic and hindustani vocals. He took carnatic lessons from Smt.Radhakrishnan. He was trained in hindustani vocal by Smt.Lakshmi Raghavan and a very short stint with Smt.Suparna Sankaran (Carnatica) He also took hindustani vocal lessons from AR Rahman’s KM Music conservatory (KMMC) under Shri.Munna Shaokath Ali. 

He also featured in KMMC’s promotional video, covering Hindustani vocal portions, which was aired on Isaiaruvi Tamil channel.Ram has a diploma in music production and is also trained on western classical theory. He is learning piano and guitar to complement his composing.Ram has composed a 5 song devotional album on Tirupati which was released through Saregama audio label.  Singers SP Balasubrahmanyam, Sujatha Mohan, Shweta Mohan and Ram lent their voices.

Ram has released a couple of independent fusion songs which were based on Raag Yaman Kalyan and Kaapi. The fusion song on Kaapi was a western / carnatic fusion with singer  Sivaangi Krishnakumar on carnatic vocals and singer Nalini Krishnan on western portions. This song was released on Youtube channel “OSB Musiqal” and was very well received.
